As a child of the 60's70's, I was pretty familiar with the Marshall Tucker Band from their hits from AOR album oriented radio. Growing up in the South, I have always been a fan of Southern Rock or Country Rock or Folk Rock. I enjoyed MTB's rockier stuff from that era, but found some of their other stuff on their earlier albums a bit too Country and Western for my tastes. Southern Rock.
