This Land Is Our Land. Лента с персональными рекомендациями и музыкальными новинками, радио, подборки на любой вкус, удобное управление своей коллекцией. This Land Is Your Land is one of the United States' most famous folk songs. Its lyrics were written by American folk singer Woody Guthrie in 1940, based on an existing melody, a Carter Family tune called When the World's on Fire, in critical response to Irving Berlin's God Bless America. When Guthrie was tired of hearing Kate Smith sing God Bless America on the radio in the late 1930s, he sarcastically called his song God Blessed America for Me before renaming it This Land Is Your Land. Текст песни: This land is your land This land is my land From California to the New York island From the Redwood Forest to the Gulf Straight legislation for DACA in the headlines, this review of our past history of immigration is timely and informative. Written before the hullabaloo about rapists and walls, it provides an insightful background to the constant xenophobia of the American public and its insistence on nativist NOT First American supremacy. Our racist history is given openly and clearly. Album 1965 15 Songs. Various Artists. World 1965. Sikhalela Izwe Lakithi We Protest for Our Land. 6 tracks 19:35
